How to Choose the Right Life Coaching Package for You
Step 1: Call for a free 45 minute discussion to assess whether coaching is right for you and if the coach/client relationship is a match. Your Coach will recommend which package would be most beneficial for you.
Step 2: If there is a match between coach and client, the next step is to determine your commitment to your goal(s).
- How often do you want to have a coaching session?
- How long do you want the coaching session to last?
- How much access do you need to your coach?
There are many options for you to choose from that will bring you closer to accomplishing your coaching goals.
Commitment Level & Cost Effectiveness: High
Monthly plans work best to get consistent results. Clients may need 6 months to 1 year depending on the issue being worked on. Results are contingent on client's commitment and willingness to put their goals first and foremost.
Manifest Your Best Life
Three (3) 60 minute sessions or four (4) 45 minute sessions
*in-between session texts or emails to support client along their journey on the flow of progress.
Raise Your Vibration
Two (2) 60 minute sessions
*Daily customized inspirational emails from your coach. This is a one way communication from your coach, not a two-way communication method.
Commitment Level & Cost Effectiveness: Low-Moderate
These can also be used for maintenance after a monthly package has been utilized and check-in sessions are desired. This can also be a way to cost-effectively enter into a coaching relationship and get your feet wet.
Buy a bundle of sessions:
Can be scheduled at the convenience of coach and client in any interval of time. You can buy sessions in quantities of 5, 10, 15, 20.
Individual Sessions by the Hour (60 mins)
Least cost effective and least commitment required, however, not recommended for goal attainment but for tune-ups and check-ins as needed.
*In-between texts or emails will be within reason and limited to daytime hours that are convenient times for coach and client to commuunicate. There would be an expectation that coach and client will come to a written agreement as to what is reasonable for this type of communication.
